Dr. Gayla Olbricht is a Professor of Mathematics and statistics whose research focuses on the statistical modeling of biological data. Her work involves many interdisciplinary collaborations with scientists investigating a variety of biological questions.

Research Interests:

Statistical modeling of biological data, statistical methods for explainability in unsupervised learning, genomics, epigenomics, and bioinformatics, modeling sleep in Drosophila melanogaster
