Dr. Junjie Xiong is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T). He received his Ph.D. from the University of South Florida, where he was advised by Dr. Yao Liu. Prior to that, he spent four years working in industry. His current research lies at the intersection of computer networks and security, with a particular focus on understanding and mitigating adversarial attacks in real-world applications. His work explores the implications of these attacks in areas such as cloud computing, the web, and large language models. He has published several notable papers in top-tier venues in security and computer networks, including ACM CCS 2021 & 2022, IEEE TDSC 2023, IEEE/ACM ToN 2024, EMNLP 2025, IEEE TDSC 2025, and IEEE TIFS 2025.
